Techno Metal Post of Northern New Jersey builds deck for a wounded soldier.
On November 5, 2011, Techno Metal Post of Northern New Jersey, along with industry association NADRA, participated in the ribbon cutting Ceremony for a wounded American soldier, returning back home from Afghanistan to Monroe Township, NJ. NADRA, the North American Deck & Railing Association, created its Decks for Soldiers (D4S) program several years back, which builds decks at no cost to the returning soldier.
In this case, the soldier was provided with a new deck and railings by NADRA member companies, along with a complete renovation of his house, including all new fixtures and furnishings, state of the art utility services and a roof mounted solar array, which is expected to cover 80% of the electric needs of the renovated home.
This soldier, Lance Corporal Colin Pascik, a two-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, was wounded in August 2010 by an IED while serving his country proudly in Afghanistan. His injuries resulted in the amputation of both legs. Colin's spirits are unbelievably high and his positive attitude has been an example to all who meet him.

Techno Pieux Annual Meeting
The annual Techno Pieux meeting has just been held in Sarrebourg (57). Dealers from France, Guadeloupe and Belgium (our Spanish representatives took a rain check…!) met to attend presentations made by professionals and to share information about their good management and installation practices.
The new Techno Pieux installation equipment was introduced. The EM-1 and ET-1 models showed off their advantages and became immortalized along the side of the Pieux R2D that premiered in France in 2003.
Like every year Techno Pieux France took advantage of the event to deliver the quality certificates that allowed them to spotlight the outstanding productions of some of the dealerships….so….
Rookie of the Year and Champion Pieutiste Certificates went to Techno Pieux Picardie
Best Progress Certificate went to Techno Pieux Arcachon
the Certificate for the project that was finished the fastest while maintaining the intrinsic and excellent quality of the technology went to Techno Pieux Sarre
and, finally, the Certificate for Excellence, given to the dealership where customers emphasize their satisfaction with Techno Pieux France, went to Techno Pieux Arcachon
This two-day event was made possible through the collaboration of a large number of companies in the Sarrebourg region, the support of Techno Pieux Belgique as well as the friends and associates of Paul Thomann, manager of Techno Pieux France.
Techno Pieux is now right there in the heart of France
In the winter of 2011 the first Techno Pieux dealership was set up in the middle of France. After having closely followed its set up in the month of January, Frédéric Kene and Michel Muret immediately created the dealership that proposed Techno Pieux technology for the area of Clermont Ferrand.
The wealth of experience these new dealers have in the building sector lets their customers enjoy the benefits of high quality services.
The Techno Pieux France family now includes 12 dealerships in France. That country foresees continued growth, meaning the entire country will be able to access the technology.
Techno Metal Post continues its growth on the european market
It was during the week of February 21st, 2011 that the staff of Techno Metal Post Belgium got trained for its new ET-1 equipment that leaves Thetford Mines on March 7 th to Europe!
Indeed, taking advantage of the strong growth of the Techno Metal Post technology in Belgium, the leaders of this franchise have opted for the acquisition of a high-performance equipment that allows for projects of larger scale. David LECOCQ states: "In Belgium and Europe in general, homes are almost always built of concrete and masonry... so they are heavier than the wooden structures like here in Canada and that is why we decided to improve our equipment park with this more powerful model !"
The equipment should arrive at Techno Metal Post Belgium at the end of the month of March "Just in time for peak season!", as confirmed by its general director, Mr. Pierre Lecocq.
Please note that during that same week, a new dealer of the Namur region has also been certified and acquired base equipment. This brings to 14 the total of active dealers in mainland Europe.
